Charles Streit, MD FACS
Dr. Charles Streit graduated from Creighton School of Medicine in Nebraska. He completed his internship and residency in Urology at Naval Regional Medical Center in San Diego and he proceeded to get additional training in Genitourinary Pathology at Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington D.C. Dr. Streit held the final rank of Commander in the United States Navy from 1970-1979. He has also served on the board of directors for the Orange County Medical Association and Placentia Linda Hospital.
Dr. Streit is the recipient of "Top Doctors in
America" 2003 through 2010, is cited among "America's Top Urologists" 2008 through 2010 and is a Health Grades Recognized Doctor.
Dr. Streit is on staff at St. Jude Medical Center and Placentia Linda Hospital.
Alan Weinberg, MD FACS
Dr. Alan Weinberg graduated magna cum laude from Duke University in North Carolina in 1977. He graduated from the University of Virginia for medical school in 1981 and moved to California for his surgical residency training in Urology at the University of Southern California. He completed his residency in 1986, serving the final year as Chief Resident for the urology program at the University of Southern California.
Dr. Weinberg has been the recipient of multiple awards including “Top Doctors in America” between 2003 and 2008, “Physician of Excellence” from Orange County Medical Association and Orange Coast Magazine award in 2005 and 2007. He was named in “Top Urologists in America” in 2007 and 2008.
He has published many research articles both in peer-review journals and textbooks, primarily in the field of continent urinary diversion. Currently, in addition to his busy private practice, he speaks nationally on the subject of controlling cost in the medical environment.
Michael Gazzaniga, MD FACS
Dr. Michael Gazzaniga is a native Southern Californian. He attended medical school at Dartmouth Medical in Hanover, New Hampshire. In 1996, he returned to California and completed his residency in Urology at UC Irvine Medical Center. He then served as a clinical instructor for residents in training at UCI.
Dr. Gazzaniga was the recipient of “Physician of Excellence” Orange County Medical Association and Orange Coast Magazine award in 2006. He is active in research and has published several articles on topics including laparoscopic and retroperitoneal nephrectomy. He currently serves at Chief of Surgery at St. Jude Medical Center.
Dr.Gazzaniga is on staff at St. Jude Medical Center and Placentia Linda Hospital.
